Welcome my name is Jenny and I’m a counsellor in the latter stages of completing an advanced diploma in humanistic and integrative counselling at BCPC in Bath.

I have experience working in a busy counselling agency, supporting clients with a wide range of issues, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, loss, stress, relationship difficulties and traumatic events.

I offer a warm, empathetic, non-judgemental space where you can talk openly and feel truly heard. I believe in the importance of building a strong therapeutic relationship built on trust, honesty and genuine human connection. It is within this therapeutic relationship that healing and growth become possible and meaningful change can occur.

I offer affordable short term focused and longer-term open-ended counselling depending on what feels appropriate to you as the client. I work from Trowbridge, which is within easy access of Bradford-On-Avon, Melksham, Frome, Bath and Warminster.

My Approach

I work as an integrative counsellor, which means I draw on a range of therapeutic approaches and shape my practice around what makes sense for you as an individual with the issues you bring to counselling. You are the expert on your own life, and my job is to help you access that expertise. Ultimately, I hope to support you in cultivating resilience, finding inner strength to make positive changes and to help you understand your own path to growth and wellbeing.

I have a particular interest in supporting people through anxiety, stress, or low mood, those who are grieving or finding relationships painful and complicated, and anyone going through one of life’s bigger transitions; a change in career, identity, relationships, or simply a growing sense that something needs to shift but you’re not sure what.

I offer face-to-face, short-term or open-ended counselling for individual adults aged 18+

Fee

As a counsellor in training, I offer a low-cost service of £35 per 50 minute session

Online sessions are not limited to local area and allow me to connect with clients across the UK
